Schon heute nimmt die Nachfrage nach ressourcenschonenden und klinkereffizienten Betonen vonseiten der Bauherren stetig zu. Für Transportbeton-Hersteller gilt daher: je nachhaltiger das Produktportfolio, desto höher der Aufwand bei der manuellen Qualitätssicherung im Werk. Die heutige Produktion basiert vielfach auf dem Fingerspitzengefühl und der langjährigen Erfahrung der Mitarbeitenden. Fachkräfte sind jedoch zunehmend rar und die Anforderungen der herausfordernden Betone in Zukunft erfordern eine deutlich engmaschigere und genauere Qualitätsüberwachung des Betons.
Unser Lösungsansatz
Unsere Software im Transportbeton prognostiziert während der Produktion, laufend und in Echtzeit, die
relevanten Qualitätsparameter. Dazu werden vorhandene Daten aus der Mischanlage wie Dosierereignisse, Betontemperatur und Wirkleistungskurve mit Sensorik-Daten aus dem Fahrmischer zusammengebracht. Mithilfe dieser Informationen werden dem Personal im Transportbetonwerk aktuelle Daten über den Ist-Zustand des Betons, wie er tatsächlich auf der Baustelle ankommt, transparent und übersichtlich dargestellt.
Unsere Software im Transportbeton prognostiziert während der Produktion, laufend und in Echtzeit, die relevanten Qualitätsparameter.
