Bugün itibarıyla, inşaat sahipleri tarafından kaynak tasarrufu sağlayan ve klinker etkin betona olan talep sürekli artmaktadır. Bu nedenle, hazır beton üreticileri için: ürün portföyü ne kadar sürdürülebilir olursa, fabrikada manuel kalite güvence süreci o kadar fazla çaba gerektirir. Günümüzdeki üretim çoğunlukla çalışanların sezgi ve uzun yıllara dayanan deneyimlerine dayanmaktadır. Ancak, nitelikli çalışanlar giderek azalmakta ve gelecekte zorlu betona olan talepler, betonun çok daha titiz ve hassas bir kalite izleme gerektirdiğini ortaya koymaktadır.
Çözüm yaklaşımımız
Taşıma betonumuzdaki yazılım, üretim sırasında, sürekli ve gerçek zamanlı olarak ilgili kalite parametrelerini tahmin eder.
Bunun için, karıştırma tesisinden mevcut veriler, dozaj olayları, beton sıcaklığı ve etki güç eğrisi gibi, kamyon mikseri ile sensör verileri bir araya getirilir. Bu bilgiler sayesinde, taşınan beton tesisindeki personele, betonun şantiyeye gerçekten nasıl geldiği hakkında güncel veriler şeffaf ve anlaşılır bir şekilde sunulur.
Taşınabilir beton yazılımımız, üretim sırasında, sürekli ve gerçek zamanlı olarak, ilgili kalite parametrelerini tahmin etmektedir. Bunun için, mevcut veriler, dozaj olayları, beton sıcaklığı ve etkinlik eğrisi gibi karıştırma tesisinden alınan veriler, kamyon mikseri sensör verileri ile bir araya getirilir. Bu bilgiler yardımıyla, betonun şantiyeye aslında geldiği mevcut durumuyla ilgili veriler, taşınabilir beton tesisindeki personele şeffaf ve anlaşılır bir şekilde sunulur.
