Our Interview Process

Phone Screening

This brief interview is designed to get to know you better. The hiring manager will ask you about your qualifications and previous experiences, while addressing any questions you may have.

Homework

You will receive a homework assignment to complete within a specified timeline. This allows us to gain insight into how you work and complete tasks.

Skill Interview

In this stage, we will evaluate your specific abilities related to the position. Two alcemy team members will typically be present to talk through your homework and test other skills that are integral to success in your role.

Team Interview

This step is as much for you to get to know us as it is for us to get to know you. You will get the opportunity to speak with other alcemy team members and discuss what type of person you would be at alcemy.

Reference Check

This final step involves obtaining feedback from individuals you've worked with. This provides us with a valuable opportunity to gain deeper insights into both your character and your qualities as a colleague.
