O desafio
Já hoje, a procura por betões que preservam recursos e são eficientes em termos de qualidade por parte dos construtores está a aumentar constantemente. Para os fabricantes de betão pronto, a regra é: quanto mais sustentável for o portefólio de produtos, maior será o esforço na garantia de qualidade manual na fábrica. A produção atual baseia-se muitas vezes na sensibilidade tátil e na vasta experiência dos colaboradores. No entanto, os profissionais especializados são cada vez mais escassos e as exigências dos betões desafiadores no futuro exigem uma supervisão da qualidade do betão muito mais rigorosa e precisa.
A nossa abordagem de solução
O nosso software em betão transportado prevê durante a produção, continuamente e em tempo real, os
parâmetros de qualidade relevantes. Para tal, os dados existentes da central de betão, como eventos de dosagem, temperatura do betão e curva de potência eficaz, são combinados com dados de sensores do caminhão betoneira. Com a ajuda destas informações, são apresentadas ao pessoal da fábrica de betão transportado dados atuais sobre o estado real do betão, tal como ele realmente chega ao estaleiro, de forma transparente e clara.
A nossa software em betão pronto prevê, durante a produção, continuamente e em tempo real, os parâmetros de qualidade relevantes. Para isso, os dados disponíveis da central dosadora, como eventos de dosagem, temperatura do betão e curva de potência efetiva, são combinados com dados de sensores do betoneiro. Com a ajuda destas informações, os dados atuais sobre o estado real do betão, como ele realmente chega ao local de construção, são apresentados de forma transparente e clara ao pessoal na fábrica de betão.
