After running alcemy for cement successfully, our engineering team realized there was another challenge around the corner: concrete. With samples taken from only 5% of trucks on average, the ready-mix concrete association has long tried to avoid unwanted water additions and solve recipe problems on a case-by-case basis.
However, the spread of low-carbon cements combined with an aging workforce have made it difficult for concrete producers to handle changes. alcemy for concrete is our response to these challenges.

alcemy for concrete consists of two main components: the AI/ML software and installed hardware sensors. Combined, these technologies allow you to track the consistency of your concrete in real-time, following any water additions and changes with 100% transparency.
Users can also access our insights with their credentials from any web browser, whether from the plant computer or on the go. Concrete production has never been so clear.
